Administrative Manager | Marketing Director
As an administrative manager, I oversee all aspects of the administration business. I create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management program and office administration. I input all necessary information into client database and transaction management system. I oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase of sale agreement to closing. I maintain agent financial systems, bill payments, budgets, bank accounts, and business credit cards. I coordinate the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials and any other business-related supplies and materials. I oversee and update business procedures and all job descriptions/employment contracts for any future hires. I manage the recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing leadership of all future administrative hires. I assist the broker of record that all agent activities are limited to listing property, showing property, negotiating contracts and lead generation.
In addition, my job is to make your property stand out and be appreciated through highly visual and professional presentation. As a marketing director, I create all buyer and seller consultation packages. I coordinate the preparation of all listing and open house flyers, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials. I update company website, blog, social media and online listings. I assist agents to manage and enhance their social media presence. I regularly obtain client testimonials for websites, social media and other marketing materials.
I am the first point of contact within RealtySource handling our front office operations from reception through to the ongoing management of our listing content on multiple websites and REALTOR® databases. I work to ensure the photos of your property are marketed online and in our auto generated PDF Client Feature Sheets in the best light. All images are processed to ensure a high quality online presentation and all content is kept current to enhance the value of our service to you. I work to coordinate and support the busy agents within our office as well as administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising.
Provisional RGD Member. Johnathan LeBlanc is a graphic designer turned web designer. Having graduated from St. Lawrence College with an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design, Johnathan started working in his field instantly. He was worked with design firms and with thought leaders in Toronto. He now handles most of the web content for RealtySource Inc., Brokerage. Although specializing in web design, Johnathan also excels in logo design, brand development, document design, and pre-press and is starting to learn video production.
RealtySource has brought Johnathan on board to further strengthen our commitment to leading edge marketing, to get the most out of the Internet for our valued clients. The entire marketing team has further collaborated together with Sun Media Group to create a leading edge online marketing strategy to maximize web based marketing for the RealtySource family of clients.
In addition to supporting front office and administration teams, I am responsible for quality control review of website content on the multiple web site distribution network utilized by RealtySource. I also organize our annual fundraising activities and social networking programs. RealtySource is actively involved with regular support of The United Way, Food sharing Program and as my picture may hint towards we are strong supporters of equestrian related activities in and around the Greater Kingston and Area.
